    On the morning of 27 September 1813 between the hours of three and four o'clock she was driven on shore near the North end of Prince Edward's Island during a strong N. E. gale. The 67 officers and men were saved with great difficulty. The Lieut. Governor C. D. SMITH sent the AGNES transport, which had recently arrived with stores, round from Charlottetown to assist her and recover stores.
