FANCY (12) Gun-brig Built in 1806, Preston's Yard, Yarmouth.
Lost in 1811.

  • 1807 Lieut. Alexander SINCLAIR, Downs North Sea.
    Off the coast of Scotland on the 8 May 1811 Lieut. SINCLAIR took two Danish privateers, one of two guns and fifteen men and the other of three guns and twenty five men.
    He also retook two vessels which had been captured by the latter.
  • On 11 December 1811 FANCY foundered in the Baltic during a violent gale with the loss of all hands.
