On 29 May he captured the Danish cutter privateer SNAP (3), in the River Hever. She had left Tonningen one week before but had made no captures. - During the operations against Flushing in August 1809 she captured a Dutch national gunvessel with one gun and ten men in the Jade and a Danish privateer off Langerooz.
PATRIOT and the hired vessel ALERT destroyed two French privateers and a sloop in the Jade. - 1811 Lieut. HUTCHINSON, Yarmouth.
