Rebuilt in 1733, Deptford.
Broken up in 1755.

  • 1702 Capt. Richard CANNING, appointed 22 August.
  • 1704 Capt. Thomas LEGG, appointed 15th. August.
  • 1705 Capt. Richard FISHER. Appointed on 18th. January, he died in command of TARTAR on the following 18th. of August.
  • 1705 Capt. Richard LEAKE, appointed 24th. August.
    Employed in cruising and convoy escorting, in the following July he was ordered to take a convoy to Hamburg with Capt. HICKS of ADVENTURE, on their return they captured a small frigate of twenty-four guns, called the Child's Play.
  • 1708 Capt. Challoner OGLE, promoted out of the WOLF sloop on 14 March. He continued as captain of TARTAR for the remainder of the war, capturing one or two valuable prizes.
  • 1733 Rebuilt at Deptford.
  • 1742 Capt. LAKE.
    On the 8th. April took the NOSTRA SIGNORA DEL COMINA a St. Sebastian privateer of 80 men and 10 guns.
