- 1731 Capt. Charles BROWN, Mediterranean under Sir C. WAGER.
- 1739 Capt. John GASCOIGNE. He removed to TORBAY when the reinforcement under Sir Chaloner OGLE was ordered to the West Indies in 1740.
- 1740 Capt. MITCHELL. The West Indies fleet sailed from St. Helen's on the 26th. October but BUCKINGHAM returned to Spithead on 16th. November, having lost a mast in a storm on the 1st.
- 1742 Capt. John TOWRY. Mediterranean. Since BUCKINGHAM was one of the ships in Mr LESTOCK's division, he was not engaged, and the following year he was ordered home as a witness in LESTOCK's trial.
