    She was employed as a cruiser on the home station for the rest of the year and the early part of the following. The only prize he took was a small lug-sail privateer belonging to Dieppe which he fell in with off Scilly on 8 April. On arrival at Plymouth he was ordered to the East Indies, returning in July 1762 he removed into BOSTON of 32 guns. 1762 Capt. John RUTHVEN, after an obstinate engagement, captured the MARQUIS de MARIGNY, of 20 nine pounders from Bordeaux bound for San Domingo. The enemy had nine men killed and eighteen wounded. The TERPSICHORE had five men killed; Capt. RUTHVEN and sixteen wounded.
