Hello Peter,
What a pig tale... We never discovered that the sow's name was Cynthia, so very much look forward to seeing your evidence for this!
Meanwhile, here is the book jacket, sort of pig flesh coloured. A better design than the hardback (which was a sort of grubby red, white and blue):
