  • 1777 Capt. Robert RODDAM. In expectation of war with France 1777 Capt. John LLOYD. He was appointed about the end of the year to CORNWALL, which was one of the ships ordered to be fitted for sea at Plymouth in the daily expectation of a rupture with Spain.
