  • On 19 November at a court martial aboard MAGNAMINE, Capt. CROFTON brought charges against Lieut. William SKELTON of disobedience of orders and drunkenness. When the prisoner was seized with convulsions the court was adjourned until the following Monday but the charges were found to have been proved and he was dismissed his ship.
