  • 1756 Capt. Thomas BURNET, in this vessel he captured a large Dutch vessel of considerable importance to the enemy, in that she was laden with masts and spars for the French fleet at Brest. In 1757 he was advanced to post captain and appointed to the CAMBRIDGE.
  • 1764 Capt. BROMEDGE, Deptford. In January she was ordered to Harwich to accompany the Prince and Princess of Brunswick to Helvoetsluys in Holland.
  • On 14 September 1766 she was forced on shore at Winterton near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and was totally wrecked. Assistance was sent, the officers and men were landed and they succeeded in unloading her stores.
